The Door-to-Door Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business by identifying and engaging homeowners in need of roofing and exterior restoration services. This role focuses on prospecting, conducting property inspections, educating customers on storm-related damage, and guiding them through the insurance restoration process.
This is a field-based sales position that requires a high level of self-motivation, consistency, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business by canvassing residential neighborhoods (door-to-door outreach)
Identify potential storm-related damage to roofs and exteriors
Conduct basic property inspections and document findings with photos
Educate homeowners on roofing damage and available restoration options
Guide customers through the insurance claims and project process
Present solutions and secure signed agreements for roofing services
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
Must have reliable transportation
Willing to knock 100+ doors per day
Comfortable climbing ladders
